金秋送爽,九曲欢歌。 在十月中国南方灿烂秋阳映照下,以国际茶业委员会主席MIKE BUNSTON先生为首的各国茶界友人、在商务部中国食品土畜进出口商会的支持下应福建武夷学院校长 The golden autumn is coming. In October, president Yang Jiangfan of Wuyi University invited Mr. Michael J Bunston, the chairman of the International Tea Industry Committee, with friends from different countries in tea industry to visit Wuyishan where is the famous tea cultural site of China, to take part in the International Tea Conference & Tea Products Trade Fair----Tracing Roots of Oolong Tea and Black Tea in Wuyishan and have wide and deep exchanges with the teachers and students of Wuyi University and people of the tea industry in Wuyishan. We praise the substantial achievements gained through tea production, processing, distribution and technology education while experiencing the Wuyi cultural atmosphere. To keep up prosperity of world tea industry, to advance wuyi tea culture、economy and science, let’s propose: 一、大力弘扬,宣传并加深对武夷茶的再认识。 福建武夷山,不仅仅是受到联合国认可的世界自然与文化双遗产的景区,也是中国和世界茶文化发源地之一。四百多年前,武夷茶由此出发走向欧洲,使欧洲皇室和上流社会为Black Tea的红色汁液所倾倒,瑞典著名植物学家卡尔.林奈第一个将武夷茶作为茶叶分类的依据,奠定了植物分类学基础。英国浪漫主义诗人沃尔特.司各特在凯瑟琳皇后的周年婚庆上朗诵的诗,不是别的情诗,而是颂武夷茶诗篇: 花神宠秋色,嫦娥矜月桂。月桂与秋色,难于茶媲美。 因此,深入发掘武夷茶,特别是出口欧美武夷茶的历史文化,凝练武夷茶道精神及内涵至为重要。倡议有关部门给予充分的关注,在条件许可时,建立“武夷茶走向世界”历史博物馆。 1. Promote, publicize and deepen the understanding of Wuyi tea. Wuyishan is approved as the scenic site of world natural and cultural heritages by the United Nation, which is also tea culture cradle of For this reason, it’s important to deeply explore Wuyi tea, especially the history and culture of Wuyi tea which was exported to Europe and 二、重视岩茶种植资源保护。 武夷山作为乌龙茶和红茶起源中心,1000多年来,这里历代茶农为培育独具“岩骨花香”的岩茶多个茶树品种付出了艰辛的努力;大红袍、水仙、肉桂等名枞名种所制成的各种“武夷岩茶”和“小种红茶”享誉世界。倡议武夷茶区政府和茶界在保护和开发并举的前提下,重视岩茶品种资源、基因库建设,尤其当地“菜茶”群体的保护,防止借“荒野茶”之名滥采而破坏武夷岩茶千百年遗传资源,并建议武夷学院茶学与生物系积极推动开展“武夷岩茶”遗传资源收集、整理与保护研究工作。 2. Pay attention to protect plant resource of rock tea. Wuyishan is the original center of Oolong tea and black tea. Over 1000 years, farmers of Wuyishan have worked hard to grow many different tea varieties. Different kinds of Wuyi Rock Tea and Black Tea are renowned in the world like Dahongpao, Shuixian, Rougui, etc. For the protection and development of Wuyi tea, we propose Wuyishan government and members of tea industry to pay attention to construction of rock tea varieties resource and gene pool, especially the protection of nameless teas. We should avoid over-exploitation of wild tea in order not to destroy the resource of wuyi rock tea’s hundreds of years’ legacy. We also suggest the Tea Science and Biology Department in Wuyi University to push the collection、settling and protection of Wuyi rock tea forward. 三、强化“低碳”茶业经济建设。 众所周知,化学农药及化肥的过度使用会增加温室气体排放,并危及土壤、水源的安全。武夷山茶区政府近年来大力推行“低碳茶业”,遵循“环保、优质、低碳”的经济概念,积极鼓励有机栽培和无公害栽培,使精细耕作和可追溯的先进农业生产模式得到实施,“武夷岩茶”产品基本实现了清洁化,产品质量合格率达到95%以上。对此,我们充分肯定。并希在符合WTO规则和欧盟标准的前提下,有更多的武夷岩茶、正山小种回到欧洲,回到“午后茶”的餐桌之上。 3. Strengthen economic construction of “Low Carbon” tea industry. As is well-known, overuse of chemical pesticide and chemical fertilizer will increase greenhouse gas and pollute soil and water. For years, Wuyishan government is carrying out “Low Carbon Tea Industry” and following the economic conception of “environmental protection、high quality、low carbon”. The government also encourages farmers to prefer organic cultivation and pollution-free cultivation. Thus, intensive cropping and advanced agricultural industry pattern has been put into effect. Wuyi rock tea has achieved cleaner production and its yield can reach 95%, which is very encouraging. On the basis of WTO terms and EU standards, we hope that more Wuyi Rock tea and Lapsang Souchong will be accepted by European and returned to their tea tables. 四、重视人才培养,大力支持武夷学院茶学学科建设。 武夷学院茶文化与经济专业,是中国政府第一个批准建设的茶学国家级特色专业学科。该学科办学方向明确,特色鲜明,人才配套,团队整齐,设施先进,成果丰硕。各国茶界专家印象深刻。为了使中国茶更好走向世界,培养更多优秀的应用型茶文化与经济专业人才势在必行。为此,我们建议福建省政府集中人力、财力办好这一特色专业,同时倡议各产茶国和消费国积极关注武夷学院人才培养工作,支持并参与该院国际人才培养与交流计划的制订与实施。为全世界输送更多具有国际化经验的懂茶、爱茶和从事茶业的优秀人才。同时,真诚希望世界茶界人士、茶叶爱好者,加强与武夷学院的交流与合作。 当前,世界经济正在缓慢复苏,中国经济仍欣欣向荣。我们欣喜的看到,世界茶产销继续增长,年轻人喝茶的越来越多,更多的茶叶专卖店出现在欧美的大街小巷,因此,前途一片光明,我们为此而充满信心。 4.
